NOTE: After 25 years, new browser security protocols on some browsers have exceeded my Secure Order Form. I don't blame them. I started before internet banking and big companies online, and the zoo the internet has become.
So,here are the choices available right now:
PayPal Send me an email (the short address is jon@jztools.com) with the tools you want and your name and address so I can figure postage. I will send you a PayPal invoice with the total. That is also my PayPal name.
By Mail with a check, money order. (Address at bottom of the page) A timely e-mail message (jon@jztools.com) or phone call (503.232.1565) will reserve the tool until payment, I can tell you the postage, and I'll put it on Hold for you. The phone is a landline, and I'm in-and-out, so please leave a message. I will return your call.
Guarantee The tools I offer are guaranteed to your satisfaction. I can't make a final decision when buying, until I see the tool, and I don't think you can either. They may be returned within 7 days of purchase (letting me know - shipping could take longer), and if in same condition as purchased. Please e-mail or call me before returning a tool, just so I can look for it.
POSTAGE: I do my postage labels online with the Post Office for priority mail. Otherwise, I would now have to go stand in line with the package, which can take up to 45 minutes at my main post office.
Priority mail also arrives several days earlier than parcel post. The label itself costs me about 30 cents. The online label has free tracking, and free $50 insurance. That helps because I hesitate to add extra insurance costs to smaller items, but if they got lost, I'm the one that has to make it right.
The post office has charts for prices which I download. I will bill you for that amount. I don't have a handling charge. All the weights and distances are different on the chart (there is about 100 prices by zone and weight up to 10 pounds). I am charging you the listed post office price - Sometimes the list price is different from the price they actually want. I will not be able to learn the exact cost until I make the label. If there is a big difference, I'll put a few bucks in the package.
I have found that USPS has the best rates, especially if it is small enough to fit into a flat rate box, I'll ship Priority Mail ...
I've found that our US Post Office has the best rates for International postage. I am now only doing International Priority Mail. You can check out US International Postal Rates to get an idea of what the cost will be.
